4. What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, cheque and all major forms of credit and debit card are accepted for all sessions regardless of location, including apple pay and contactless. Payment can be taken online, over the phone or in person.

A receipt will be issued for you to use if you wish to submit it to your health insurer.

5. How far do you travel for home visits or veterinary physio?

I am based in the midlands and am happy to travel nationwide for multiple sessions on the same day in the same area. If you are unsure if I cover your area please contact me. Remember travel costs apply once I travel out of my local zone. Please see 'What are your prices?' for more details.

6. How should I prepare my horse or dog for their physio session?

The animal should be clean and dry. As all of our equine and canine sessions are completed at your premises, please try to arrange an area we can use that is free from disturbances.

For dogs, it is possible to conduct a session in a room at your home so long as there is some free floor space and an area that I can watch the dog moving.

For horses, sessions usually begin in a stable and then if there is a suitable area the horse will be walked and trotted in hand. It may also be necessary to see the horse lunged and/or ridden depending on the issue.

7. What ages do you treat?

All ages, but if the human client is under 12, please contact me to discuss prior to booking an appointment. Please remember that all human clients under 16 require a parent or guardian to accompany them.

8. Do I need a referral?

No, a referral is not a requirement to see physio, however if you have one please bring it with you

9. What is your cancellation policy?

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please allow us at least 24 hours notice. Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
